Veteran Council
NLMK Ural places special attention on the work with veterans of labour and their material support. Retired employees receive material aid on a quarterly basis; there are also special funds for medicines and health resort vouchers, housing repairs, anniversary gifts, etc. There are separate fund for celebrations and events - International Day for the Elderly, Christmas, Victory Day, International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Today, NLMK Ural's Veteran organization unites 1,735 former workers in Revda and 1,200 former workers in Nizhniye Sergi.
