NLMK Ural, a core company within NLMK Group's Long Products Division, confirmed the compliance of its product quality with international standards. The company has certified the compliance of rebar in rods, 10 - 25 mm, and rebar in coils, 6 -12 mm, with DIN 488 German national standard.

The certificate allows the use of NLMK Ural’s products not only in German construction industry, but also in other European countries.

Laboratory tests and audits were carried out by experts of the German certification body - the Technical University of Munich (Technische Universität München). As a result, NLMK Ural received certificates of conformity valid until 2021.

In August this year, the company also received a certificate of compliance with the Lithuanian standard LST EN 10080 for rebar in coils with a diameter of 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm.
