NLMK Group has expanded the range of communication channels for its https://nlmk.shop/ online store customers. Customers can now reach NLMK assistants in a single click via Telegram, WhatsApp, or the store's online chat. With customer support provided via multiple messengers, every buyer is now free to choose the communication channel that best suits their needs.
Customers can receive information on prices, order status, and availability of steel products. They can also place an order directly by sending a specification to the sales manager.
